Step 1 - Register Your Dog
Before we plan anything, please
create your dog’s profile:
 doggydogfarm.aniday.io/login
We’ll collect essentials - age, breed, health history, behavior, and any special needs, so we can understand their personality.
Step 2 - Book a Trial Day or Introduction Visit
Before boarding or daycare, every new pup begins with a gentle meet-and-greet at our farm.
Option A: Short Introduction Visit (±1 hour):
- Visit the farm together with your dog.
- Meet our Pack Leaders, take a short tour, & give your pup time to settle
- Free of charge
Option B: Trial Day (Daycare):
- A whole farm day filled with play, cuddles, and exploring
- Optional: pick-up & drop-off (Amsterdam, Haarlem, surroundings).
- Cost: €30,-
- optional: pick-up and drop-off + €10,-
- Pick up: 10-12am - Drop off: 6-8pm
Step 3 - Gentle Introduction
We schedule first arrivals 10:00AM–11:00AM (pack nap time) so your dog can:
- Explore the farm calmly
- Take a gentle welcome walk with a Pack Leader (often Keldt or Hayley)
- Dog is assessed for energy, confidence, and social cues
Step 4 - Meet the Resident pack
First, a hello with our 3 resident “Farm Crew” dogs.
They’re calm, balanced, and help us read your pup’s comfort before the big pack.
Step 5 - Gradual Meet & Greet with the Pack
Based on what we observe, we introduce your dog gradually:
- Start with calm viewing from behind a fence (if helpful)
- Use a long leash for extra reassurance
- Place your dog with the best-fit group:
- Main Active Pack - playful, energetic dogs (most guests join here)
- Gentle Pack -
seniors, puppies, or shy dogs
Step 6 - First Stay: Daycare or Overnight
Once introductions are complete, your dog can safely start boarding with the main pack.
We’ll watch how they play, who they befriend, and where they feel best-tailoring their stay every time.
📌 Important Notes for New Parents
- Book early: Please reserve well in advance - especially for summer and Christmas.
- Females in heat: For safety, we can’t accept females in heat or expected to be in heat during their stay
- Vaccinations required: All vaccines (including kennel cough) must be up to date and uploaded before the first stay.
- Peak periods & new dogs:
New dogs
can’t join
during peak holidays unless they’ve completed a trial day and several overnight stays beforehand.
